Becki has over 40 years nursing experience, at least 20 of which are specialized in servicing the bleeding & clotting disorder communities of Nevada.  She is the founding Nurse Coordinator of Nevada’s federally recognized hemophilia treatment center. Her accomplishments include organizing and conducting over 800 comprehensive clinics since 1997, spanning over 3 family generations of patients. She is an advocate in providing quality outreach care to rural cities of Elko, Reno, Winnemucca and Duck Valley Indian Reservation in Owyhee Indian Reservation. Becki has served in nearly every hemophilia camp since 1997 and is credited with several pivotal milestones in hemophilia treatment, such as helping to start the national CDC blood safety & bleeding disorder study between 1997-2011 and the CDC's Community Counts public health monitoring program since 2012. Becki is also a key figure in helping to expand the nationally renowned Parents Educating Parents (PEP) program catering to Spanish-speakers.
